Co-Founder and Managing Director

Ar. Shailesh Sancheti

Shailesh Sancheti is an Architect and Construction Project Management Professional with expertise in design, sustainability, and project execution. With a Master’s in Construction Project Management from RICS SBE and Bachelor of Architecture from Aayojan School of Architecture, Jaipur and experience at Morphogenesis and Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd., he brings strong capability in managing high-end projects from concept to completion. His skill set spans architectural design, computational and parametric modelling, building performance optimization, and the integration of sustainable strategies. He is also a LEED Green Associate and IGBC AP, reinforcing a deep commitment to green, efficient, and future-ready built environments.

At SculptBuild Group, he focuses on delivering innovative, detail-driven, and technology-enabled solutions—combining design clarity, practical execution, and a vision for long-term value in every project.

Co-Founder & Design Director

Ar. Shriya Mittal

Shriya Mittal is an Architect with a strong foundation in design development, project coordination, and client-focused delivery. She brings a balanced approach that blends creativity, functionality, technical understanding, and material sensitivity. With a Bachelor of Architecture from Aayojan School of Architecture, Jaipur and experience at Morphogenesis, New Delhi, Confluence Consultancy, New Delhi and Pinnacle Infotech, Jaipur. Known for her expertise in BIM (Building Information Modeling) process, structured workflows and attention to detail, she leads concept development, design refinement, and quality review across projects while ensuring seamless communication with clients and execution teams.

At SculptBuild Group, she plays an essential role in elevating project quality, strengthening client relationships, and driving a design philosophy centered on innovation, clarity, sustainability, and long-term value.
